Meet The Lisa

Since 1992, Lisa has been a fixture in the senior care world — from managing procurement in skilled nursing to serving as a Client Care Director in Northern Virginia. In 2022, she channeled that experience into becoming the founder of Care Connect NoVa to provide the flexible, concierge-level support she knew families were missing.
Advocate and community leader
Lisa's heart for service reaches far beyond the office. She's a proud board member of the Loudoun Senior Network and a volunteer for the Upending Parkinson's climbing program — whether she's advocating for local seniors or climbing alongside them, she believes in staying active, connected, and involved.
At home in Purcellville
Living in Purcellville with her "small zoo" of two dogs and four cats, Lisa finds joy in her garden and dreams of adventures in Costa Rica.
